Once upon a time Shashi Tharoor (Congress MP) used to be considered as the Intellectual Politician who could speak English fluently and present his thoughts clearly.
However, it seems he is stull struck with the old India. He seems to be lost when there is a debate about new India.
Two interviews where two unknown Indians (15 years back) have presented their views with strong back up but Shashi failed.
It seems Shashi is struck with the Secularism, Tolerance, Minority etc.
It appears the way Shashi has lost the plot , Indian National Congress lost it few years back.
