The United States of America
(America) is world’s largest economy in real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) USD
17.947 trillion (2015).
However, it appears America is
walking the isle where Asians have strolled for a long time.
Do we call this a reversal of
fortune?
Noam Chomsky states that America is an empire in decline. One of
the reasons for decline is capitalism which America has proudly proclaimed all
these years. According to Friedman and co-author Sarah Hertz of Empire State
College “Capitalism has grown so
unfettered, predatory, so exclusionary, it’s become, in effect, crony
capitalism”.
However, for Warren Buffet “ The mother lode of opportunities run
through America” , “There’s no need to make America great again , It’s as great as
it’s ever been … it’s going to be ever greater.”
To lead a country which is great
/ in decline needs a strong leader to lead it more higher / save from decline.
At present, leadership struggle in
America is locked between Ms Hillary Clinton and Mr. Donald Trump.
It appears Ms Hillary C, holds
chances of winning. This is not due to better standing in all parameters, but for
Mr. Trump’s stance which spells disaster for Trade pacts, Immigration etc.
However, a win by Ms Hillary will
be path breaking; as The Presidential Ceiling in America created by man will be
breached i.e. she will be first Lady President since 1789.
It’s surprising that many
developing countries already had Lady as the Head of State since decades.
India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka had this distinction long back.
Writers will state these Heads of
State had paternal / family ties and hence they reached that height. I will
list those ties herein:

The other aspect of these four Asian
countries is that dynasty has controlled the seat of power for long time. This
is applicable to developed countries also China, Japan and Singapore. Hence,
dynastic culture run strong in Asia.
The honorable
America will join the four Asian countries for adopting ruling by family dynasty.
If this achievement is called crowning Glory of Democracy, we have to relook at
it.
If Ms Hillary C wins, it will be a peculiar sight to watch America run by two
families for 24 years (including of Ms Hillary, if she wins). One has to
remember that Mr. Jeb Bush is waiting to land on the coveted Oval Office.
Yes, this is
crowning Glory for the land which proclaims Democracy as its most important
achievement.
It seems
America has stopped producing Leaders outside these two families.

I think America
is undertaking a route which Asians took long back. In India people argue to
end dynastic rule. In America when Ms Clinton and Mr. Bush manage to win, their
people do not have any trouble.
Is this the
indicator of where The United States of America is heading.

In a historic voting Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton and stopped the Dynastic ruling for at least another 4 years.
Lets keep in mind Jeb Bush is in the wings.
